So if you paid $100 for an art piece, with $20 shipping, you would receive the full $120 you paid upon return. Any costs you incurred in returning the product will not be refunded.

Also, any product that is not in its orginal condition (including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security deal, shrink wraps for certain products.), is damaged, or is missing parts as a result of customer's fault cannot be returned for a refund. This also applies to any item that has obvious signs of use.
